REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refunds Available:

All payments made under this service agreement are non-refundable. By purchasing our AI agent services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment Terms:

- Monthly service fees are billed upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle

- All payments are final and non-refundable once processed

- Delivery costs are billed directly to your card on file and are non-refundable

Early Termination:

- If you terminate your service before the Initial Term ends, you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining monthly fees for the duration of the Initial Term

- Upon any termination, you must immediately pay all outstanding fees through the end of the current billing period, regardless of when termination notice is provided

- No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service period

Late Payment:

- Payments not received within 5 business days are considered late and may result in service suspension

- Late payments incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less

- Credit/debit card payments incur a 4% processing fee

Chargebacks:

- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not release you from your contractual payment obligations

- You remain liable for all fees owed under the service agreement, plus any costs we incur in responding to chargebacks

- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and legal action

Service Delivery:

- Services begin upon implementation and launch date as agreed in your contract

- Refunds are not provided based on service performance, lead generation results, or subjective dissatisfaction

- Any service-related concerns should be addressed through our support channels during business hours (9am-6pm Central Time, Monday-Friday CST)

Integration Fees:

- One-time integration fees (CRM, DMS, or other platform integrations) are non-refundable once work has commenced

- Integration fee waivers (offered with 1-year commitment) are voided if service is terminated early

Delivery Costs:

- Campaign delivery costs (SMS, MMS, voice services, etc.) are billed as incurred and are non-refundable

- You are responsible for all delivery costs regardless of campaign performance or service cancellation

Governing Law:

- This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas

- Any disputes regarding payments or refunds will be handled according to the dispute resolution process outlined in your service agreement
